Responsibilities

Provide first-level NOC support for WAN/LAN, routers, firewalls, VoIP, and Cisco UC
Support and monitor Cisco Call Manager / Unity environments
Troubleshoot low to medium complexity network and systems issues
Perform incident response, escalation, documentation, and SLA-driven support
Work closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly
Assist with network installs, maintenance, monitoring, and proactive support

Required

Strong customer service mindset & team player
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Engineer-level experience with networking and Cisco UC
2+ years in a NOC or similar support role
Experience with Cisco networking, VoIP, Windows, AD, DNS, VPNs, and ticketing systems

Preferred

CCNA certification is a strong plus
