Responsibilities

Resolve prior day breaks including trade, dividend, position, fee, and cash discrepancies
Input daily accruals for stock loan and financing activities
Monitor automation and identify discrepancies between internal systems and broker data
Allocate time for process improvement projects and address unique issues as they arise

Qualification

Futures knowledgeEquity reconciliationsPortfolio management softwareProcess improvementWritten communicationVerbal communicationSelf-motivatedAttention to detail

Required

Solid understanding of futures, with a preference for knowledge about futures' fees and expirations
Experience with equity reconciliations and corporate actions is a plus
2+ years of the industry experience
Experience with Enfusion or other Portfolio management software
Self-motivated individual with an inclination to ask questions and operate with minimal supervision
Proficient both in written and verbal communication
You are attentive to details
