Answers questions for first-time and return guests
Knowledgeable about our concept and the products we offer
Cleans and sanitizes the line to ensure a good experience for diners
Restocks the line for guests
Assists in portioning
Practices food safety at all times
Checks temperature of products
Completes additional tasks as assigned by the manager or supervisor
Qualification
Required
Requires customer service skills, 1 year preferred
Basic English Language Skills (Written & Verbal)
Professional, Warm Demeanor - Service Oriented
Basic food/beverage knowledge helpful
Demonstrated ability to multi-task, manage time and work well under pressure
High School Diploma (or equivalent education/experience)
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift (up to 40 lbs), pull, bend and carry trays continuously throughout a shift
Requires good communication skills, can converse comfortably with guests
Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents
Frequently immerses hands in water and water diluted with chemical solutions
Preferred
1 year customer service skills preferred
Work experience in high volume or fast casual dining restaurant environment preferred
