Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs using Java and Node.js
Build and optimize microservices and RESTful APIs to support business-critical applications
Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate backend services with React.js applications
Contribute to frontend development (20–30%) using React.js , HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Work closely with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architecture decisions
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently
Follow best practices for software development, testing, and deployment in an Agile environment
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience as a Full-Stack or Backend Developer
Strong expertise in Java (Spring / Spring Boot) and Node.js
Experience building RESTful APIs and backend services
Solid understanding of microservices architecture
Hands-on experience with React.js (20–30% of the role)
Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP preferred)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
