Responsibilities
Support Salesforce + CPQ integration testing as part of the enterprise QA team
Work closely with active scrum teams
Help lead and direct offshore QA team members
Troubleshoot and investigate defects , collaborating with developers to explain and resolve issues
Perform end-to-end and integration testing using tools like Octane (or similar test case management tools)
Assist with test planning, execution, and defect documentation
Work in Agile 2-week sprint cycles , while aligning to a broader waterfall delivery model
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in the field of Quality Assurance
Expertise within Salesforce testing with tools like Sales Cloud
Strong hands-on QA testing background
Proven experience with Salesforce, specifically Sales Cloud
Comfortable working in Agile environments and partnering with multiple scrum teams
Experience directing offshore QA teams
Ability to troubleshoot, explain, and escalate defects to developers
Support Salesforce + CPQ integration testing as part of the enterprise QA team
Work closely with active scrum teams
Help lead and direct offshore QA team members
