Responsibilities
Oversee and participate in document review projects, including e‑discovery, privilege reviews, and production tasks
Manage document review and second‑level review teams
Assist with case and matter management: organizing evidence, coordinating with clients, witnesses, and experts, and maintaining accurate documentation
Conduct thorough legal research using statutes, regulations, case law, and legal precedents to support litigation and transactional matters
Draft, review, and revise memoranda, briefs, pleadings, contracts, discovery materials, and client correspondence
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, firm policies, and ethical standards
Track case progress and maintain detailed case and matter records
Collaborate closely with partners, associates, and paralegals to deliver high‑quality legal services
Meet a minimum annual billable‑hour requirement of 1,800 hours
Qualification
Required
JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school
Admission to a U.S. state bar in good standing
1–3+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably with a large law firm
Experience with document review, e-discovery, and production, including Relativity or similar platforms
Proficiency with legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis)
Strong research, writing, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
Ability to work efficiently, independently, and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality legal work
Preferred
Experience with complex litigation, white-collar investigations, or fraud matters
Familiarity with case-management systems and large-scale document-review projects
Experience managing teams or vendors for document review or other litigation-related tasks
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory investigations
Exposure to privilege review and document-production workflows
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
