Qualification
Required
Strong technical proficiency in materials engineering, mechanical engineering, or related fields
Proven experience in account management, customer relationship management, and client support
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
Ability to deliver technical training and presentations effectively
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
Proficiency with relevant software tools, including CRM platforms and technical documentation tools
Willingness to travel occasionally to support client needs
Preferred
Experience in the manufacturing, engineering, or high-tech industries is highly preferred
