Responsibilities

Drive execution of the global market shaping plan for Saruparib’s initial indication, maximizing priority opportunities to accelerate adoption at launch
Support development of cross-functional global launch strategy (positioning, segmentation, targeting, channel mix, and investment prioritization), ensuring alignment with Clinical, Regulatory, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Evidence/HEOR plans
Drive development of brand fundamentals—brand positioning, value proposition, messaging architecture, visual identity, and scientifically grounded storytelling—tailored to prostate cancer and scalable across tumors
Translate clinical data, HEOR, and real-world evidence into compelling value messages and objection handling; partner with Medical and HEOR on publication and congress strategies that support launch and adoption
Lead creation of global core materials (GTM playbook, core claims, objection handling, HCP and patient materials, digital assets) for market adaptation; ensure content is compliant, evidence-based, and approved through AZ governance
Partner with the IBT and priority countries/regions to localize strategy, share best practices, and coordinate pre-launch activities
Collaborate with Market Access on global value narrative, core payer materials, pricing guidance, and budget impact storytelling; support HTA/JCA preparation with aligned messaging and evidence
Build and run the global launch readiness framework (milestones, checklists, KPIs), track performance, and drive course correction via dashboards and governance routines
Contribute to strategy for additional tumor types, ensuring modular messaging, scenario planning, and evidence requirements for future indications
Support ongoing insights development and engagement with key external experts, community HCPs, and patient groups. Shape and apply insights to brand strategy and implementation
Own relevant budgets, agency relationships, timelines, and quality standards for deliverables. Lead selection and onboarding of the Agency of Record (AOR) for Saruparib

Required

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
8+ years in biopharma commercial, global marketing, or strategy roles with direct launch responsibilities
Experience in a global HQ role leading cross-market strategies and toolkits, coordinating with multiple priority markets, and driving governance/readiness for multinational launches
Oncology experience with strong familiarity in solid tumors
Ability to translate complex clinical and economic data into clear value propositions and actionable global go-to-market plans
Demonstrated cross-functional leadership across Medical, Regulatory, Access, HEOR, Clinical, and Country Commercial teams
Strong written and verbal communication, scientific storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills
Analytical proficiency with performance tracking, forecasting, and scenario planning
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity with a bias for action and measurable outcomes

Preferred

Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, PharmD, or relevant scientific discipline)
Direct experience in prostate cancer
Proven US launch success in oncology: pivotal role in at least one US launch with measurable outcomes (e.g., pre-launch market shaping, positioning/core claims, payer/access strategy, post-launch optimization)
Participation in multiple launches across different geographies and payer systems, including experience with HTA submissions and pricing/tender environments
Leadership of a Global Commercial Team or equivalent governance forum; creation of global toolkits adopted by ≥5 markets; experience running global readiness reviews
Hands-on partnership with HEOR/Medical on evidence generation, publication planning, and congress strategy; experience translating RWE/HEOR into payer/HCP narratives
Experience designing and measuring omnichannel engagement, content modularization, and data-driven optimization across platforms
Direct experience in field sales, key account management, or customer engagement (HCPs, payers, or health systems), with demonstrated insight translation into go-to-market strategy and adoption
Experience managing agencies, budgets, and, ideally, matrixed reports
