Responsibilities
Analyze production processes to improve yield, cycle time, OEE, scrap, and cost
Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, Kaizen)
Develop and maintain SOPs, control plans, and standard work documentation
Perform time studies and workflow analysis to optimize productivity
Analyze manufacturing and quality data to identify drivers of scrap, yield loss, and variation
Translate complex data into clear recommendations for plant leadership
Partner with maintenance to improve equipment uptime and throughput
Champion safety and participate in risk assessments and process hazard reviews
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering
3–5 years' experience in manufacturing or process engineering
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools
Preferred
Experience in heavy manufacturing, metals, or industrial environments
Exposure to PLC/MES/ERP/quality systems or manufacturing analytics tools
Spanish proficiency is a plus
