Responsibilities
Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a consumer-facing FemTech app
Lead end-to-end product development, from discovery through launch and iteration
Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Clinical, and Growth teams
Translate user needs, clinical requirements, and business goals into shipped features
Use data, experimentation, and user insights to drive prioritization and decisions
Build and mentor product talent as the team scales
Collaborate closely with executive leadership to support company growth goals
Qualification
Required
5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a consumer digital product
3+ years in the FemTech space
Strong track record of shipping and scaling products users trust and love
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, growth-stage environments
Highly collaborative, data-driven, and execution-focused
Passion for improving female health
