Responsibilities
Drive day-to-day activities through strong account leadership, motivation, and supervision
Keep team motivated and celebrate brand achievements
Identify and resolve conflicts, providing practical solutions
Ensure adherence to internal processes and improve standard operating procedures
Be the brand champion, ensuring all efforts align with brand strategy and vision
Foster and maintain valuable relationships in the industry
Monitor financial performance, maximizing income and troubleshooting issues
Engage in forward thinking and planning for accounts, staying "one step ahead"
Participate in new business pitches and develop realistic forecasts
Provide clients with strategic insights and proactive recommendations
Identify and lead organic growth within current business
Act as a mentor, identifying opportunities for individual growth and experiences
Qualification
Required
8 + years experience in Pharma Account Leadership with a strong DTC lean
Demonstrated history of managing new product launches
Leadership skills and passion for the Pharma client vertical
Strong advertising industry expertise
Excellent communication, supervisory, and interpersonal skills
Sound judgment and effective time management
Strong professional work ethic
