Responsibilities
Serve as the primary business process leader for ERP initiatives within a major division, managing champion teams and partnering with senior leadership
Define, standardize, and own future-state business processes that align with organizational and program goals across global operations
Act as the key decision-maker for business process topics throughout the full ERP project lifecycle (Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, Run)
Translate manufacturing and business requirements into system configurations for ERP, MES, PLM, and financial planning tools
Lead integration efforts and collaborate with corporate IT to ensure solutions comply with internal controls, regulatory standards, and audit requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of IT experience, with a strong focus on ERP implementation and enterprise systems integration
Proven experience in a manufacturing or engineering-focused environment
Demonstrated success in a business partner or strategic liaison role between IT and business units
Hands-on experience with major ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and strong knowledge of integrating MES, PLM, and financial planning systems
Deep understanding of full ERP project lifecycle methodologies
Preferred
Experience leading teams of business process champions
Expertise in standardizing processes across global operations
