Integriti is seeking an experienced ADP Solutions Architect with strong functional and techno-functional expertise to support a large enterprise client. This role will focus on post-go-live stabilization, remediation, and optimization across payroll, time management, and integrations.

Responsibilities

Lead post–go-live remediation and stabilization activities between ADP and Workday
Act as the primary ADP techno-functional expert for payroll and time-related processes
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues between ADP and Workday
Support ongoing payroll and time configuration, validation, and optimization
Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into system solutions
Review data flows, error logs, and reconciliation issues to ensure data accuracy
Provide guidance on best practices, enhancements, and system improvements
Support testing, validation, and change management activities as needed
Document solutions, configurations, and remediation steps

Required

Proven experience as an ADP Solutions Architect or Senior ADP Consultant
Strong hands-on expertise with ADP Time & Payroll
Solid experience integrating ADP with Workday
Experience supporting post–go-live remediation in enterprise environments
Strong functional understanding with the ability to dive into technical troubleshooting
Experience working with large, complex organizations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setup and collaborate with distributed teams

Preferred

Prior experience supporting large enterprise HRIS implementations
Exposure to multiple ADP modules
Workday functional or integration background
Experience in phased rollouts or stabilization programs
