Strategically manages the student ambassador team (14-20 students)
Relationship manager for McDonough Centers/Initiatives and cross-university schools for recruitment event collaboration

Required

Bachelor's degree required
At least 4-6 years of experience within a corporate or university setting
Above-average interpersonal skills and project management skills, with strong communication skills, a team builder, and keen attention to detail. A natural networker who loves engaging with multiple audiences to build and maintain relationships
Is able to establish a strategic vision that meets the department's goals and best utilizes the resources available. In addition, capable of executing this vision and holding team members accountable
Strong collaborator in nature, possesses sound judgment, critical assessment, with solid follow-up
Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have experience with executing and managing events
Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred

Knowledge of or experience with Salesforce, Airtable, or Marketo preferred
Master's degree in business, higher education, or counseling preferred
Experience in alumni relations, development, sales, business development, or recruitment/admissions experience preferred
