Responsibilities
Serve as a Senior Cognos Administrator supporting enterprise BI environments
Install, configure, and support Cognos on Windows-based infrastructure
Support TM1 environments as part of Cognos administration
Assist with migrating Cognos platforms into new data center environments
Support onboarding and configuration of new Cognos users
Analyze and resolve moderately complex infrastructure and platform issues
Collaborate with infrastructure, analytics, and platform teams to ensure stability and compliance
Qualification
Required
4+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through:
3+ years of Senior-level Cognos Administration experience
Hands-on experience installing and supporting Cognos on Windows
Working knowledge of Apache
Python coding experience for scripting and automation
Experience using GitHub for version control and collaboration
Strong understanding of Windows environments
Basic understanding of networking concepts
Preferred
Experience supporting TM1 environments
