Lead day-to-day machining operations across shifts (production, supply chain, priorities)
Drive Lean practices: standardized work, pull systems, 5S, PDCA, visual management
Develop and coach associates; manage performance and workforce planning
Promote continuous improvement and problem-solving culture
Support future-state value stream mapping and improvement plans
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and maintain Team Improvement Boards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in technical or business field + 4+ years related manufacturing leadership experience
Strong knowledge of machining/manufacturing processes and MRP/production systems
Experience with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
Proven people leadership and team development skills
Familiarity with safety and manufacturing regulations (FAA, shop safety)
