Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers on large client projects by helping prepare project documentation, including project updates, meeting notes and agendas
Assist with tracking and executing post-implementation season improvements and initiatives
Manage a portfolio of renewing client implementation projects, ensuring accurate tracking, timely updates and complete documentation using project management tools
Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, quality guidelines, and timelines
Communicate with both internal and external customers and stakeholders to provide updates and escalate issues as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Attention to detail and ability to work independently with supervision
Preferred
Student Health Insurance experience is a plus
