2+ years expProspectBlue is looking for a detail-oriented Deductible Collection Associate to join our client's Accounting Team on a long-term, project-based assignment. This role will support the resolution of aged deductible balances through outreach, documentation, and coordination with internal teams and third-party partners.

Responsibilities
Research and verify contact information for policyholders with outstanding deductible balances
Prepare and send letters and invoices using provided templates
Follow up via email and route responses to the appropriate internal teams
Assist with referrals to third-party collections and/or arbitration
Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
Excellent written communication skills
Detail-oriented self-starter who can work independently
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred
2–5 years of accounts receivable experience
2–5 years of insurance-related experience
