Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities
Analyzing and improving system reliability
Running root cause analysis
Performing risk assessments
Ensuring best practices are implemented to improve product performance
Collaborating with cross-functional teams
Developing data-driven solutions
Identifying potential failure modes
Conducting preventative measures to improve system safety and reliability
Qualification
Required
Strong background in reliability engineering frameworks, risk assessments, and failure analysis techniques
Experience with data analysis, statistical tools, and reliability modeling
Proficiency in engineering design processes, systems integration, and testing methodologies
Proven ability to identify failure trends and implement corrective and preventative measures
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and experience using software tools relevant to reliability analysis
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Preferred
Previous experience in aerospace, automotive, or related high-tech engineering fields
Master's degree considered an advantage
