Insight Global is hiring UX Research Data Collectors to join a dynamic team onsite in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will analyze video recordings from user research studies and assist in editing the information recorded while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in your tasks.

Responsibilities

Assist in video content review and editing to remove sensitive information
Enter participant numbers and details into Microsoft Lists and other platforms with precision
Review datasets for errors or missing information and document findings
Generate visual reports (graphs and tables) for internal use
Coordinate data entry across multiple software tools to maintain seamless integration
Ensure all tasks meet strict accuracy and confidentiality requirements

Qualification

Human FactorsUser ResearchAudio/Visual EquipmentVideo EditingInterpersonal Skills

Required

BA or MA degree in Human Factors, Psychology, Biomechanics, Film, Production or similar degree
Customer Service Background or strong interpersonal skills
Audio/Visual equipment knowledge OR video editing experience

Preferred

previous user studies/research study experience
