Responsibilities
Perform general labor tasks such as site cleanup, material handling, and basic equipment operation
Assist carpenters, equipment operators, and other skilled trades as needed
Load and unload materials, tools, and supplies
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
Support project teams with tasks that help keep projects on schedule
Qualification
Required
Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, carrying, and standing for extended periods
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred
Previous construction or general labor experience
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction practices
OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
