Responsibilities
Handle inbound client calls regarding Morgan Stanley accounts and related service inquiries
Provide accurate and timely responses while meeting established performance and quality metrics
Support Morgan Stanley Cash Management products and services
Assist clients with the Morgan Stanley Online platform and mobile applications
Address general account and financial-related inquiries professionally and efficiently
Contribute effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented contact center environment
Adapt quickly to changing priorities and workflows
Multitask efficiently while maintaining high service quality
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced contact center environment

Preferred
