IT Support Specialist
IDR, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join one of their top clients in the legal sector. The role involves providing technical assistance to attorneys and staff, focusing on applications and end-user device management.

Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for incoming IT requests and manage ticket triage effectively
Support end user computing needs, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
Assist in deploying, configuring, and maintaining standard desktop and laptop images
Collaborate with IT teams and end users to deliver secure, reliable end-user device solutions
Support user training and documentation to ensure responsible use of technology
Qualification
Required
High school diploma with at least 3 years' experience in a help desk, support, legal assistant or similar role
At least three years of recent relevant experience in IT desktop support
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and enterprise software deployment
Hands-on experience with ticketing systems and end-user device management
Preferred
Experience supporting users in a legal environment preferred
