Responsibilities
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and understand user needs
Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new and existing products
Design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience across platforms (web, mobile, etc.)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketing, to ensure design specifications are accurately implemented and brand standards are upheld
Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing results
Stay up to date with design trends, industry standards, and best practices to ensure the company's digital products remain innovative and competitive
Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital and visual channels
Ensure accessibility standards and usability guidelines are adhered to in all design work
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work across web and mobile platforms
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools for general design tasks
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to work in an agile environment and manage multiple design projects simultaneously
Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field
Familiarity with user research tools (e.g., UsabilityHub, Lookback, etc.)
Experience with front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus
Understanding of latest AI tools and ability to use them to accelerate prototyping and UI/UX design workflow
