Responsibilities

You will have exposure to strategic projects and support transformation initiatives within Operations & Quality
You will analyze survey results and HR data to make recommendations that drive organization-wide results
You will support talent development through multiple channels to accelerate employee growth
You will support talent rotational programs including the Operations & Quality rotational and internship programs giving you exposure to build your business acumen and HR skills
Your voice matters. You will play an active role in talent initiatives and leadership development plans for the Operations & Quality organization making a positive impact in someone’s career development!

Required
