Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process of in-processing new employees
Submit all timekeeping submissions for staff daily tour or duty
Submit all staff premium pay requests
Assist all staff for equipment orders
Assist all staff for IT requests
Acts as the record liaison officer for Community Care
Arranges office moves
Initiates personnel HR actions
Primary sponsor for PIV
Primary for ADPAC duties
Qualification
Required
Applicants must meet all requirements by the closing date of this announcement - 02/02/2026
Specialized Experience: You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade GS-04 in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization
Examples of specialized experience would typically include - but are not limited to: operating programs such as - Microsoft Office - CPRS - DHCP - ADP - TMS - VISTA - HSRM - and PPMS sufficient to enter and process items
Compiling and summarizing information and data - identify inaccuracies or anomalies in the information - and making written recommendations to resolve discrepancies based in interpretation of applicable regulations and procedures
Analyzing financial reports to forward reports not in line with the guidelines to the service for review
Education: Applicants may substitute education for the required experience. To qualify based on education for this grade level you must have 4 years above High School
Combination: Applicants may also combine education and experience to qualify at this level. You must have a combination of specialized experience and education beyond 4 years above High School
