Responsibilities

Perform Business Impact Assessments (BIAs) to identify the business criticality of information systems
For information systems (based on risk and criticality), ensure Business Continuity Planning (BCP) takes place
Assist with BCP plan development as necessary
Ensure Disaster Recovery (DR) plans are developed based on business criticality (providing assistance as necessary)
Participate in DR tests (tabletop and technical) and report on results
Identify, architect, develop, and document best practices for resiliency of information systems and promote to stakeholders
Provide BCM program data for scorecards and reports, and brief stakeholders
Participate in the cross-functional Operational Technology (OT) Resiliency program, to identify areas for improvement and better resiliency against cyberthreats

Required

Minimum five years demonstrable experience with BCM or BCP/DR with a global company or large multinational company
Undergraduate degree (Computer Science or similar preferred)
Professional certification such as Certificate of the Business Continuity Institute (CBCI), Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), or similar
Knowledge of cloud-based approaches, solutions, and best practices for resiliency and disaster recovery
Ability to identify new and improved approaches to resiliency and DR for on-premises and cloud-based information systems
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
Must be a self-starter, able to work independently, and in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Practical and demonstrable experience working with FusionRM, ServiceNow, Archer, or similar
Microsoft Windows Server technologies and solutions for resiliency
Virtualization technologies for resiliency and disaster recovery such as VMware, Microsoft System Center, etc
Linux/UNIX resiliency and disaster recovery
Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure, and others
Microsoft Office
Experience with ISO 22301 (desired)
Vendor and technical certifications in BCM or BCP/DR (desired)
