Lead assigned sub‑projects and cross‑functional initiatives that drive product innovation
Recommend product improvements and identify opportunities for enhancement
Track industry developments, regulatory shifts, and competitor activity
Support strategic planning and product development efforts
Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned regions or product lines
Build strong, collaborative relationships across internal teams and regional partners
Assist in delivering 'train‑the‑trainer' sessions for new product features or program updates
Travel up to 20% as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience in long‑term care, IDD services, Medicare, dual‑eligible programs, or similar healthcare management roles
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate insights effectively
Preferred
health plan experience preferred
Access experience a plus
Experience with project management or product development is highly desirable
