BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an Employment Specialist / Job Coach to join the team in Montgomery County, PA. The role involves providing job coaching and training to individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities (IDD) to help them obtain and maintain meaningful employment.

Empowering an Individual to obtain meaningful employment
Assist with enhancing job skills by monitoring progress through documentation
Educate employers on benefits and opportunities of work with people with disabilities
Advocating for inclusion on the job and reasonable accommodations for the individual
Making an impact on the community

Qualification

ACRE CertificationIDDCESP CertificationAdvocacy skillsJob coaching

Required

One year experience working with intellectual and development disabilities (IDD)
High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
Day-time availability
ACRE Certification required

Preferred

And/or CESP
