Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support enterprise ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, HRSD, FSM, CMDB, Service Portal, and Mobile Agent
Deliver scalable, secure, and upgrade-safe solutions using ServiceNow best practices
Focus on automation, integration, and user experience
Partner closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate complex requirements into reliable platform solutions that improve service delivery, operational efficiency, and end-user satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
7+ years of software development experience
4+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions
3+ years of experience in CSM or ITSM
