Founding Account Executive (US Based)

They are seeking a highly driven Founding Account Executive to lead their expansion into the United States, responsible for driving market entry, securing partnerships, and contributing to the growth of their AI-powered platform, Magic Notes.

Responsibilities
Executing our Go-to-Market Strategy: Taking ownership of and implementing the initial market entry strategy for Magic Notes in the US
Building and Owning Your Pipeline: Identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential partners within the US market to build a robust and probability-weighted pipeline to achieve ambitious sales targets. This includes independently researching prospects, initiating contact, and moving them through the sales process
Closing Deals: Effectively presenting the value proposition of Magic Notes, negotiating terms, and closing deals with key decision-makers in target organizations
Cultivating Strong Relationships: Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels within prospect organizations
Providing Market Feedback: Gathering and relaying valuable insights from the US market to the product and leadership teams to inform product development and market strategy
Contributing to Sales Strategy: Testing and contributing to the development of effective sales strategies and playbooks for the US market
Reporting and Tracking Progress: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and progress within our CRM system, Hubspot, to enable accurate forecasting and performance analysis
Qualification
Required

Proven Relationship Building Skills: You have a natural ability to build rapport and establish trust with individuals at all levels
Top-Class Communication Skills: You possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and persuasively
A Strategic Mindset: You can think strategically about market opportunities and develop effective approaches to engage potential partners
An Adaptive and Growth Mindset: You thrive in a dynamic environment, are comfortable with ambiguity, and are eager to learn and adapt quickly
Experience in a fast paced startup environment
Experience working with or selling into State or Local government, nursing homes, or healthcare industries in the US
