HR Business Consultant

Responsibilities

Managing the delivery of HR policies and executing business specific projects and initiatives relating to people
Providing support for management teams and associates by answering non-routine requests for information on policy interpretation
Providing advice and counsel on employee issues with emphasis on people management
Implementing practices and programs in support of the HR and business strategy
Helping to develop procedures and programs to support HR and business priorities
Compiling and analyzing data for reports and special projects
Championing and driving key HR programs and objectives
Recommending staffing actions and collaborating with managers on restructuring
Partnering with Global Talent Management to deliver training solutions that address skill, knowledge, and leadership gaps
Providing thought leadership and project support for talent management initiatives
Facilitating relevant training sessions and advising leaders on workplace trends to enhance associate engagement
Understanding associate needs through focus groups and exit interviews to promote satisfaction
Fostering an inclusive culture and maintaining a union-free environment

Required

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, equivalent work experience
Proven expertise in HR policies, procedures, and practices
Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

Preferred

Master's degree in HR, Business, or related discipline
Experience in a Supply Chain environment
HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations
Background working in global or multi-site environments
