Responsibilities

Overseeing all aspects of DDR soft component engineering and release management
Planning and coordinating standard and custom DDRPHY releases
Managing customer-specific deliverables and timelines
Acting as the main interface with the DDR Controller Team for interoperability and issue resolution
Working closely with the Technical Documentation Group on application notes and releases
Identifying and implementing process improvements and automation opportunities

Required

BSEE/CS with at least 10 years of industry experience in semiconductor design and technology
Project management skills with multiple, simultaneous deliverables
Proven cross-team collaboration abilities
Process improvement mindset and implementation experience
Familiarity with Linux/scripting for automation (a plus)
