Responsibilities
Act as a senior technical resource and escalation point
Lead and support a team of engineers/technicians
Oversee ticket flow, SLAs, audits, and quality control
Support Microsoft-based environments and network infrastructure
Lead onboarding/offboarding processes and onsite technician support
Help improve documentation, workflows, and technical standards
Ensure accurate time tracking and accountability
Qualification
Required
6+ years of hands-on IT experience (MSP background preferred)
Prior experience leading or mentoring a technical team
Strong Microsoft server, network, and troubleshooting skills
Comfortable balancing technical work with leadership responsibilities
