Responsibilities
Plan, budget and schedule facilities modifications and moves
Inspect construction and installation progress to ensure conformance with established specifications and to comply with company and/or government regulations
Responsible for managing a function that includes multiple related departments. Has overall control of planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities, and recommending and implementing changes to methods
Direct and control the activities of a broad functional area through lower management levels
Establish policies appropriate for the function
Interpret and recommend modifications to division-wide policies and practices
Develop budgets, schedules and performance standards
Conduct business and technical briefings for senior management and for external representatives
Qualification
Required
Secret clearance or above
Bachelor's Degree in IT or Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work-related experience
Eighteen (18) or more years' experience; at least five (5) in Facilities Management
Preferred
Worked in Facilities Management with government agencies
