Responsibilities
Own and prioritize salesforce backlog to align with business strategy and roadmap
Translate high level business requirements to future state vision into clearly defined features and epics
Breakdown features into actionable, well scoped User stories with clear Acceptance criteria
Drive feature development by identifying opportunities to use Salesforce built-in Capabilities to meet business Objectives
Partner with business stakeholders to validate requirements, assumptions, Acceptance Criteria
Collaborate with Technical Architects, developers, QA, Integration teams to ensure solutions are technically feasible and scalable
Proactively identify, manage, resolve delivery impediments and cross system integration dependencies
Lead backlog refinement and Sprint planning activities ensuring stories re ready for development
Review and accept completed work, ensuring alignment with business requirements and quality standards
Support UAT, Release planning, post release feedback
Maintain documentation for features, user stories, process flows
