CEI is seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Developer (Level 2) to support warehousing engineering initiatives within merchandising and supply chain. This role focuses on developing and enhancing integration services connecting Azure-based services with a third-party SaaS warehouse management solution.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring for the AMIS integration layer
Ensure successful integration with Manhattan systems (TMS, WMS, LMS)
Support and enhance existing software, adapting and optimizing for warehouse domain needs
Contribute to frontend development in Angular for internal tools as needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain developers, infrastructure engineers, and QA
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies
Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability across services

Required

5+ years of experience in backend development with Java and Spring Framework (open to more junior candidates as long as they are competent and show an aptitude for learning)
Experience with cloud services (preferably Azure) and integration patterns
Working knowledge of Angular (v10+ preferred)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Preferred

Experience with supply chain or logistics systems, especially warehouse management systems
Exposure to claims processing workflows in warehouse environments
Familiarity with the client's internal systems
