Mid LevelSTAFFXPERT LLC is seeking an experienced LabWare LIMS Techno-Functional Developer to support, enhance, and maintain LIMS applications in a GxP-regulated pharmaceutical environment. The role requires strong LabWare development skills and a deep understanding of pharma lab workflows, focusing on validation and compliance.
Management Consulting
Responsibilities
Support, troubleshoot, and maintain LabWare LIMS in production
Configure and customize LabWare workflows, forms, and business logic
Develop and enhance visual workflows and Crystal Reports
Write and optimize Oracle/SQL queries for reporting and analysis
Support IQ/OQ/PQ validation and ensure GxP compliance
Assist with system upgrades, patches, and disaster recovery activities
Collaborate with QA, lab users, and IT teams
Support REST/SOAP integrations
Prepare documentation and support audits/inspections
Qualification
Required
Hands-on LabWare LIMS development and configuration experience
LabWare basic programming and visual workflows
Strong Crystal Reports and Oracle/SQL expertise
Knowledge of pharmaceutical lab workflows
Understanding of GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity
Experience supporting validated systems
REST/SOAP web services experience
Familiarity with ServiceNow (incident/change management)
Preferred
Experience with LabVantage LIMS
Background in large pharma or life sciences organizations
Experience supporting global LIMS implementations
