Responsibilities
Lead the conversion of extensive 20+ page legacy APEX 5.1.4 applications to APEX 21 in an Oracle 18c environment
Develop, execute, and document related test cases as pages are converted
Maintain a high level of organization and independence in work
Utilize pl/sql, oracle pl/sql, Oracle Apex, Apex 5.1.4, Apex 21, Oracle 18c skills to perform daily tasks and meet project deadlines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of project objectives
Ensure all Oracle Apex applications comply with security and data privacy regulations
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and solutions
Provide accurate and detailed weekly task reports
Qualification
Required
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA), Engineering (BE), Technology (B.Tech), or Science (BS / B.Sc)
Possess 7+ years of experience in Oracle Apex development
Demonstrate expertise in pl/sql, oracle pl/sql, Oracle Apex, Apex 5.1.4, Apex 21, Oracle 18c
Have a proven track record of converting expansive legacy APEX 5.1.4 applications to APEX 21 in an Oracle 18c environment
Show ability to develop, execute, and document related test cases as pages are converted
Exhibit strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
Have experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues in Oracle Apex applications
Show proficiency in the latest Oracle Apex technologies and best practices
Have experience in conducting system and application performance reviews
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
Show understanding of security and data privacy regulations
Possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team and independently
Show ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing workload efficiently
Preferred
Possess Oracle Apex Developer Certification or similar certification (Good to have)
