Compensation Analyst

Search Solution Group is looking for a Compensation Analyst who will play a key role in designing and administering competitive compensation programs. The role involves collaborating with various teams to support market pricing, incentive planning, and data-driven compensation decisions.

Responsibilities

Conduct market pricing and offer recommendations for new hires, promotions, and internal equity reviews
Lead benchmarking activities and participate in vendor compensation surveys
Support corporate-wide compensation initiatives and annual compensation cycles
Administer Short-Term Incentive (STI) and Long-Term Incentive (LTI) programs, including reconciliation and payouts
Lead STI planning, budgeting, forecasting, and accruals in partnership with Finance
Manage bonus and merit planning for all employee groups
Own bonus and merit planning within Workday, including:
Configuration and eligibility rules
Plan setup, testing, and execution
Bonus document generation, distribution, and employee communication
Partner with HRIS and Technology teams on Workday compensation configuration, integrations, and enhancements
Produce ad hoc compensation reports and dashboards for HR and leadership
Support audits, data validation, and reconciliation efforts
Deliver clear, accurate compensation insights through strong data storytelling
Lead compensation communication efforts at the corporate level
Support compensation-related projects from planning through execution
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment, accuracy, and timely delivery

Required

Strong experience in compensation analysis, incentive administration, or total rewards
Advanced Excel skills (modeling, formulas, data analysis)
Proven ability to analyze large data sets and clearly communicate insights
Experience supporting bonus and merit cycles
Strong project management and stakeholder partnership skills

Preferred

Workday Compensation experience (bonus, merit, configuration, eligibility rules)
Experience with compensation surveys and benchmarking vendors
Exposure to forecasting, accruals, and incentive budgeting
