Director, Product Delivery & Capability Enablement

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery and implementation of high-impact, enterprise-wide product initiatives, with accountability for planning, execution, and value realization across people, process, and technology
Collaborate with the Transformation Office, IT, Growth Strategy, other key internal partners and senior leadership to identify, assess, and address open risks, integrating mitigation activities into ongoing product and operational efforts
Oversee process improvement and capability uplift activities, fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous enhancement within the product organization
Direct large-scale program management efforts, ensuring effective cross-functional coordination and timely completion of deliverables
Integrate compliance requirements and controls into all product delivery activities, maintaining strong partnership with regulatory and operational teams
Manage and develop a small team, including a Principal-level resource, ensuring clear accountability, talent development, and professional growth
Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and progress reports, articulating key priorities, risks, and solutions to senior stakeholders
Promote innovation and future-oriented thinking, anticipating changes in market dynamics and regulatory environments to maintain organizational readiness

Required

Bachelor's Degree with outstanding academic credentials
10+ years of progressive experience in product delivery, program management, compliance, or related fields within healthcare or other regulated industries
Demonstrated expertise leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives focused on capability uplift, delivery, and risk mitigation
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with experience presenting to executive audiences
Proven ability to build, manage, and develop high-performing teams
Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence across diverse stakeholder groups
Advanced proficiency in project management tools and methodologies

Preferred

Graduate degree (MBA, MPH, PhD, or related field)
Experience with Medicare Advantage or other highly regulated healthcare products
PMP, Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma certification
Experience embedding compliance and regulatory requirements into delivery and optimization efforts
