InternByrne is seeking an HR Intern who will focus on specific process improvement projects that support the 2026 corporate strategy. The intern will assist in various areas such as performance management, ERP launch change management, and training enhancements.

Responsibilities
Support through the process of launching performance reviews, following-up on review progress, launching goal setting, supporting training, and acting as in-house support for users throughout the process
Support the change management efforts for CSI10 (ERP) project roll-out through coordination of communication on our internal social media, and coordinate training from SMEs to supervisors and end users
Support with training users on new timekeeping/clock system
Take existing LMS courses that are built of simple work instructions and leverage AI to create interactive training content
Supporting safety training coordination including but not limited to first aid training for leaders
Record training progress in the Learning Management System (LMS)
Support follow-through of active threat assessment & leader training
Support HR team with front desk coverage
Support with special events throughout the summer including the intern led Fourth of July Celebration
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Passion for the Human Resources profession and for continuing to build on a solid foundation
Effective multi-tasker with demonstrated ability to prioritize
The ideal candidate is pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or I/O Psychology
Candidates should be enrolled in the final semester(s) of their undergraduate or graduate program
