Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner
Assist with caregiver scheduling and coordination
Maintain accurate and confidential client and caregiver records
Support caregiver onboarding, compliance, and required documentation
Perform data entry and assist with billing and payroll support as needed
Communicate with caregivers regarding schedules, updates, and office needs
Complete general administrative and office duties (filing, scanning, correspondence)
Ensure compliance with company policies and Delaware home care regulations
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required (college coursework preferred)
Previous administrative or office experience required
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
Medical administrative support: 1 year (Required)
Preferred
Home care or healthcare administrative experience is a plus
