This role offers the chance to work on technically challenging projects and collaborate with respected design professionals while supporting a diverse portfolio of complex building projects across multiple market sectors.

Responsibilities
Design and engineer electrical systems for building projects including power distribution, lighting, emergency power, grounding, and life safety systems
Prepare calculations, drawings, specifications, and construction documents
Coordinate with mechanical, plumbing, architectural, and structural teams
Interface directly with clients, owners, and project stakeholders
Support construction administration including submittal review, RFIs, and field observations
Mentor and support junior engineers and designers
Contribute to project planning, quality control, and delivery schedules
Qualification
Required
Professional Engineer (PE) license required
BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
Experience in MEP consulting engineering required
Strong working knowledge of California codes and standards
Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills
Preferred
Experience across multiple building types
