Responsibilities
Collaborates closely with leaders to understand business priorities, workforce plans, and the specific requirements of each open position
Builds and manages talent pipelines of both active and passive candidates by leveraging a variety of sourcing strategies, including the applicant tracking system, job boards, social media platforms, Boolean search techniques, and targeted outreach at recruitment events
Maintains consistent, clear, and professional communication with both hiring managers and candidates to ensure an efficient, positive experience and the selection of top talent
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of 2 years of HR experience required
Ability to efficiently manage large applicant pools while adapting to changing hiring demands
Maintain consistent, clear, and professional communication with both hiring managers and candidates
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Recruiting experience strongly preferred
