Responsibilities
Support senior litigation partners across a wide range of civil litigation matters
Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda with increasing autonomy over time
Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy from inception through resolution
Participate in discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
Gain exposure to appeals and complex litigation issues
Collaborate closely with attorneys and staff in a team-oriented environment
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active Oregon State Bar license
Litigation experience preferred
Strong legal writing and research skills
Interest in civil litigation and professional growth
Organized, dependable, and deadline-driven
