Responsibilities

Serve as a technical escalation point for complex endpoint, identity, and access-related issues beyond the helpdesk level
Design, implement, and maintain endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro across Windows and macOS environments
Manage user identity and access through Okta, Azure Active Directory, and Active Directory, including lifecycle management, MFA, and group-based access controls
Ensure endpoint security posture through deployment, configuration, and monitoring of tools such as CrowdStrike, Okta Verify, and other endpoint protection platforms
Support security audits, access reviews, and corporate security initiatives in partnership with Cybersecurity and other stakeholders
Develop and maintain standardized device configurations, policies, and compliance baselines
Support and optimize collaboration tools including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and SharePoint
Provide advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software, networking, and video conferencing issues across Windows and Macintosh systems
Maintain and improve conference room technology, including Zoom Rooms, displays, cameras, microphones, and control systems
Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and internal knowledge base articles
Analyze recurring issues and implement long-term fixes, automation, or process improvements
Provide mentoring and technical guidance to junior staff and serve as a point of escalation for complex technical issues
Balance day-to-day operational support with longer-term projects, platform improvements, and lifecycle initiatives
Operate independently on assigned initiatives, owning solutions from design through implementation and ongoing support
Participate in after-hours or on-call support as needed for critical incidents or projects

Required

5+ years of experience in Corporate IT, Endpoint Engineering, or Systems Support roles
Strong hands-on experience managing devices using Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro
Deep knowledge of Windows and macOS administration, including OS deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
Experience with Okta, Azure Active Directory, and Active Directory, including identity and Mimecast
Strong understanding of endpoint security principles and tooling (CrowdStrike or equivalent)
Proficiency supporting Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, SharePoint, and related SaaS platforms
Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs
Demonstrated ability to operate with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities
Proven ability to balance operational support responsibilities with project-based work
Strong documentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Ability to regularly lift and carry objects weighing between 20 and 30 pounds
