Responsibilities
Design and support enterprise-level security infrastructure solutions across a large distributed network
Provide guidance and technical leadership to LAN and WAN engineering teams
Support, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise VPN and firewall environments
Develop detailed security designs and deployment documentation for enterprise and site-specific implementations
Review firewall policy requests and coordinate with centralized firewall operations teams
Lead infrastructure upgrades and refresh efforts while enforcing target architectures and security standards
Qualification
Required
6+ years of hands-on network security engineering experience
Strong experience managing and troubleshooting remote access VPNs and IPsec VPNs
Experience with Cisco Secure Client / Cisco AnyConnect
Extensive experience supporting and troubleshooting Cisco ASA and/or Cisco Firepower firewalls
Ability to obtain and maintain a federal background clearance (active clearance preferred)
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
Experience with Cisco ISE
Hands-on experience with Fortinet firewalls
Cisco certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE
Background supporting large enterprise or regulated environments
