Responsibilities
Assemble, disassemble, test, troubleshoot, and visually inspect aero/turbine equipment
Perform repairs and modifications in compliance with quality and safety standards
Use hand, pneumatic, and hydraulic tools, including ID/OD measuring tools, depth micrometers, and calipers
Read and interpret complex assembly drawings and machining documentation
Ensure work is completed within tight time constraints while maintaining accuracy
Collaborate effectively within a team of technicians and assemblers to meet delivery targets
Follow all HSE and safety procedures, including mandatory inductions
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience in mechanical assembly, preferably with turbines or rotating equipment
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand complex components
Experience using precision measuring instruments (ID/OD)
Ability to read and follow detailed technical drawings and instructions
Comfortable working in a workshop environment
Willingness to meet strict deadlines and quality expectations
Preferred
Background in aerospace, oil & gas, or heavy mechanical industries
Prior experience with turbine systems or similar mechanical equipment
Candidates from companies such as Baker Hughes, Schlumberger, or Halliburton are highly desirable
