Responsibilities
Execute preventive maintenance programs
Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, HVAC, boiler, and generator issues
Perform tooling changes, machine setups, and in-process adjustments
Rebuild, calibrate, and configure sealing components and controls
Document downtime, repairs, and process controls
Support equipment installation and efficiency testing
Engage in continuous improvement projects
Maintain compliance with safety and cGMP requirements
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years in manufacturing, operations, production, or lab setting
Preferred
Experience with industrial process controls, pneumatics, and PLCs
cGMP or Lean manufacturing environments
